+ What is the property tax?
The municipality has not yet assessed these new properties and we expect it may take until the endof this year. We are estimating the property tax to be approx. $3000 minus the school tax reate of $700, $2300-$2500.

+ Is there a limit to how many pets I can have?
The condo declarations allow for 2 pets per home.
+ Is there a rear yard that comes with the Bungalow Condo? If so, is it fenced in?
a. Yes, off the back of the house is a covered porch with steps going down to a small yard that is approximatley 10' by 24'. There is no grass in the backyard, only the front. The back yard will have granite quater down stone.
b. There is a 6-foot high perimeter fenced in around the back yard for privacy.
+ How many appliances are included with the condo?
There are 6 appliances included with each condo. A washer, dryer, fridge, range, dishwasher, and OTR (microwave and fan installed over the range).
+ How many bedrooms does the bungalow condo have?
The floor plan is 1055 square feet on the main level with 2 bedrooms and a 1&1/2 bathroom. The lower level can also be developed to accommodate a third bedroom, another and large open living area, the perfect size for a theatre, pool table or both.
+ How much does it cost to finish a basement?
There are various Basement options, Pricing and options are available at the show suite when taking a tour.

+ How strong is the reserve fund?
Since the community started, we have taken a unique approach. Each family that lives here is required to pay $1000.00 toward the reserve fund in order to develop a strong fund from our inception. There are now over 90 homes here so our reserve fund is sittting at close to $100,000.00 right now. Each month, a portion of each owners condo fee's goes towrds the reserve fund.
