We’ll price out the lease for this condo based on its value and the upgrades you’ve chosen. Included with this lease is a small monthly “down-payment” (as little as $100.00 per month) that will be applied towards the eventual purchase of the condo.
Review the paperwork and sign your Lease to own documents.

What’s unique about how we’re running this program is that we guarantee the price of the Condo now, even if purchased outright, 3 years from now. Most builders that offer Lease to Own share in the increased home’s value over time, we do not. The increase is all yours.
We have basically “baked” into the condo a future increase in value for you. This happens two ways. Firstly, the Manitoba housing market value historically increases 2-3% per year. Secondly, as we continue to build these homes over the next 2-3 years, we are increasing the price as we go. This means that the earlier you buy into this concept, the more your home will increase in value over time.
The exact lease cost depends on the finishing’s you choose, on whether you need the lower level (basement) completed and whether you want to “upgrade” certain features as well. No pressure, we’ll just inform you of the program further and give you some actual documentation to consider.
